Overview
PPE staff provides support to districts/organizations for the training and implementation of the parent education curriculum. Each district/organization will select one of their staff to be the PPE Administrator (ex: Parent, Family, Community Director/Coordinator, Lead Parent Liaison, Title I Director/Coordinator, Federal Programs Director/Coordinator, Counselor, District/Organization or School Administrator). The PPE Administrator will coordinate with PPE staff to determine participation of the district’s/organization's parent educators who will receive PPE training certification. Parent Educators may include Parent Liaisons, Counselors, instructional coaches/specialists, etc. The Parent Educators will be responsible for utilizing the PPE curriculum to train parents directly.

Each curriculum module includes the following materials in English and Spanish:
- Lesson Plans
- Parent Training PowerPoints
- Interactive Parent Engagement Materials and Activities (ex: Training note-taking guides and activity handouts)
- Parent-Facing Curriculum Resources (ex: Quick Tips and Digital Resource lists)

PPE staff serves districts/organizations with ongoing support for strategic and effective implementation of the parent education curriculum. The PPE staff services include:
Virtual planning session with PPE Administrators to align goals, review needs, and prepare for implementation.
Two-day, hands-on training led by PPE staff that trains Parent Educators on the parent education curriculum content, facilitation strategies, and engagement techniques. The in-person training includes:
- A passionate, interactive, and knowledgeable trainer (PPE staff)
- Session materials and digital resources
- Non-transferable 3-year training certificate for each participant
PPE staff follows up with PPE Administrators to support implementation and monitor progress:>
- 1-month follow-up virtual meeting
- 6-month virtual check-in meeting
- 1-year follow-up virtual meeting
- Annual renewal options to maintain and deepen program impact
